Conditions from official sources
Needs a visa whose sticker states it is valid for Greenland; a Danish or other Schengen visa alone is not valid for Greenland.
Not needed if holding a valid residence permit from Denmark or another Schengen country, or a valid residence card issued by an EU country under the EU rules, that entitles the holder to enter and reside in Denmark.
Passport validity
Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months.
The passport or travel document must be valid for three months past the intended date of departure from the Schengen area.
