Conditions from official sources
Only these groups may travel to Tokelau during the border closure: TPRS and their accompanying family members cleared by the Department of Health; returning residents stranded overseas by Covid-19 restrictions; nationals usually resident overseas who are relocating to Tokelau for 6 months or more; essential workers with prior approval under exemption from the National Executive Board for COVID19; students on home leave; and residents who left Tokelau during the closure for an emergency as determined by the villages.
