Conditions from official sources
Needs a tour package from a licensed travel agency worth at least SAR 4,000 per adult for the first two days plus SAR 1,000 per extra day, with a hotel rated 4 stars or above and a round-trip flight, bought at least 48 hours before travel.
The package visa does not cover Makkah and Madinah.
Can get a visa on arrival or an e-Visa with a used US, UK or Schengen business or tourist visa, or US, UK or EU permanent residence.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
