For citizens of Egypt, Gambia, Haiti, India, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Namibia, Pakistan, Samoa, South Africa, Vietnam a valid multiple visa of the EU member states or Schengen zone with a mark in passport on crossing the border of these states and tickets with confirmation of departure from the abovementioned Belarusian airports within 30 days from the date of entry is a compulsory additional requirement

  • Needs an inviting organisation or person in Belarus to submit visa support documents to the airport visa office at least 2 business days before arrival.
  • Must show the support document stamped by the airport visa office at airline check-in.
  • Only at Minsk National Airport, and not on flights from Russia.
  • Can enter visa-free for up to 30 days through the airports of Minsk, Brest, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev or Vitebsk if holding a valid multiple-entry EU or Schengen visa already used to enter those states, and a ticket out of Belarus within 30 days.
