Conditions from official sources
- Needs the E-Ticket form completed; it can be filled in until before immigration.
- Needs a return or onward air ticket.
- Not needed with a valid permanent residence or multiple-entry visa of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or the Schengen area; then the passport and a Tourist Card are enough for tourism.
- Until 31 December 2026, the 6-month minimum passport validity is waived with documents that allow entry to Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union; the passport must then stay valid for the stay and departure.
