Nationals of the following countries are eligible for the visa-exemption program, with a duration of stay of up to 30 days: Belize*, Malaysia, Saint Kitts and Nevis*, Saint Lucia*, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Singapore.

  • Not eligible if the passport data page records the place of birth as Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, the People's Republic of China, Syria, or Yemen.
  • Needs a confirmed return or onward ticket with a confirmed seat reservation.
  • Needs the online Taiwan Arrival Card completed within 7 days before arrival.
