Arriving by air, get the visa on arrival only at Hosea Kutako International Airport (Windhoek) or Walvis Bay Airport; other airports such as Eros, Mpacha, Ondangwa and Rundu accept only a visa approved online before travel.
Needs a passport with 3 blank pages.
