Holders of a valid US, UK, Canadian, Schengen, Australian or New Zealand visa or residence permit can apply for the Hayya Visa with ETA (A3) instead.
Holders of a valid GCC residence permit can apply for the Hayya GCC Resident Visa (A2) instead.
