5. A visa-free regime has been established for citizens of China (as part of tourist groups), the USA and Vietnam who have reached the age of 55 to enter the Republic of Uzbekistan for tourism purposes for a period not exceeding 30 days.

Conditions from official sources
Apply on e-visa.gov.uz at least three working days before travel.
Not needed if aged under 16, travelling with a legal representative, and holding a biometric travel document; the stay then follows the companion's visa, up to 90 days.
Not needed for up to 30 days if holding a UAE residence visa valid for at least 90 days; show the original on entry.
Not needed for a tourist trip of up to 30 days if aged 55 or over.
